What a consultation looks like
Ninety minutes of listening, then a plan.
Step 1
We start with the whole picture
A 60-minute conversation about your digestion, sleep, energy, cycle and the week you actually have. Pulse and tongue are read as part of the assessment.
Step 2
You leave with a written plan
Food, daily routine and herbal guidance chosen for your constitution rather than a template. It is emailed to you after the session.
Step 3
We adjust it together
A follow-up check-in at four weeks, online or in Tsim Sha Tsui, so the plan fits real life in Hong Kong rather than an ideal one.
Practitioner, not physician
Searching for an “Ayurveda doctor in Hong Kong”?
The two terms are often used interchangeably online, but they describe different roles. An Ayurvedic doctor holds a BAMS degree and is licensed to diagnose and prescribe. A practitioner works with food, daily routine and herbal guidance, and supports the care you already receive.
AyurvedaHK sits firmly in the second camp. Lakshmi trained for 1,000 hours with Kerala Ayurveda, is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, and has studied and practised Ayurveda since 2001. She does not diagnose disease or replace your doctor; where a medical opinion is needed, she will say so and work alongside it.
