Hello, my name is Lakshmi Harilela. I am a certified Chef, a 500-hour Yoga Teacher registered with the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA), as well as an Ayurvedic Nutritionist and Wellness Practitioner registered with Kerela Ayurveda and NAMA (National ayurvedic medical association).
My personal journey began in 2018 when I was diagnosed with endometriosis after countless visits to various doctors in Hong Kong. Prior to my diagnosis, I experienced much frustration as I was dismissed and made to believe that my pain was normal. Even during physical examinations, the severe pain I felt was disregarded. Eventually, I underwent surgery, hoping for relief, but unfortunately, my pain only worsened. Multiple doctors emphasized that managing my symptoms through surgery, medication, and hormones was the only option. This experience highlighted the failings of the medical system, and from that moment, I was determined to prevent other women from enduring similar struggles.
I am here to assist you in reclaiming your power by integrating the timeless healing principles of Ayurveda with the scientific advancements of Individualized Microcurrent Frequency (IMF) programs. tri-dosha theory
According to ayurveda, the five elements of nature (space, air, fire, water, earth) are present in the human. These five elements are categorised as three components (doshas) known as Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The doshas relate to specific functions of the body. A balance of these doshas is thought to be required for optimal health. This is known as tri-dosha.
remove the source of the problem
The person needs to address triggers and toxins (Ama) and eliminate these from the deep tissues in the body before embarking on a herbal plan. This can have profound effects on the body and mind. (*note that toxic substances can also be in the form of toxic relationships and thoughts, not just food).
