Tridoshic Herbal Tea
Servings: 4 cups
Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Honey to taste (optional)
Instructions:
Boil Water: In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Add Spices: Add the fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fresh grated ginger. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Strain: Strain the tea into a teapot or pitcher.
Add Lemon and Honey: Add fresh lemon juice and honey to taste, if desired.
Serve: Serve warm.
