Tridoshic Steamed Vegetables with Spiced Ghee

Ingredients:
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground fennel seeds
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
Steam Vegetables: Steam the carrot, zucchini, broccoli, and cauliflower until tender but still crisp.
Heat Ghee: In a small pan, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and let them sizzle for a few seconds until they start to pop.
Add Spices: Add the turmeric powder, ground black pepper, ground coriander, ground fennel seeds, and ground ginger. Stir for a few seconds until aromatic.
Combine: Drizzle the spiced ghee over the steamed vegetables.
Season: Add salt to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve warm.
