Cashew Cream Cheese - serves 4

Ingredients
1 cup cashews soaked overnight
⅓ cup nutritional yeast
¼ tsp sea salt
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
⅓ cup filtered alkaline water (or regular water)
Other
1 bunch red grapes
1 handful walnuts, toasted
1 handful, almonds, toasted and slivered
a selection of cheeses (parmesan, gouda)
½ a loaf baguette bread, sliced thinly and toasted
1 jar olive paste (for garnish)
In a blender, blend together the water, cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, cayenne and salt. make sure the texture turns out creamy. You can do this by using a Vitamix or Blendtec. Adjust seasoning. Toast the bread and spread the mixture on top, than top off with olive tepenada.
Arrange grapes, cheeses and nuts onto a platter and serve with a port. Enjoy.
